Memorandum of Settlement is a document containing the terms and conditions on which payment to workers will be made. The Demands is placed by ICL Labour Union, Formal Meetings is called for discussion for negotiation with Union & Management. Calculations made by HR as per demand and based on approval by Management corresponded by Plant Head. After conclusion is agreed by Union & Management, Memorandum of settlement is made and signed by Union representative, Plant Head & HR.
